Beschreibung
Most grey wraps either go flat and lifeless or lean hard into a bright metallic shine. Gunsmoke Grey does neither. It holds a soft, hazy graphite tone with just enough metallic depth to keep it from ever looking flat.
Key Attributes
-
Soft, hazy graphite tone: a muted, smoky grey that stays consistent rather than flashing bright in direct light
-
Quiet metallic depth: a fine silver coating underneath keeps the color from reading flat, without the loud flash of a brighter metallic
-
Satin-over-metalized base: built the same way as TeckWrap’s satin chrome line, for depth without a mirror shine
-
Clean chemistry: Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive, transparent and weather-resistant, removes residue-free
-
Smooth lay-down: high-grade release liner keeps the film tension-flat, reducing orange-peel texture during install
- Paint-safe: removable adhesive protects the factory finish underneath
Gunsmoke Grey doesn’t chase attention the way a brighter silver does. In any light, it holds a soft, ashy graphite tone, closer to drifting smoke than polished metal. Look closely and there’s a quiet metallic shimmer underneath, just enough to keep the color from reading flat or dead, without ever flashing bright the way a liquid-silver metallic does. It’s the quieter, more restrained half of TeckWrap’s satin-grey lineup, built for owners who want understated over eye-catching.
OEM Match
- Closest to Mercedes-Benz Selenite Grey
- Same soft, ashy quality as Porsche Chalk
- Quieter and more muted than BMW Mineral Grey Metallic
- Softer than a bright performance-silver metallic
That quiet, understated grey that Mercedes and Porsche reserve for their subtler special colors now fits a Civic, Model Y, or Wrangler just as easily as a C-Class or 911.
