Purple-to-green color shifts usually settle on one winner, letting the other fade into memory. TeckWrap’s Crazy Grape breaks that pattern, bringing blue, green, and gold into the mix as the viewing angle changes.
Key Attributes
- Color with a wild side: deep grape purple shifts through royal violet, blue, green, and subtle gold, giving the finish a wider color range.
- Gloss with depth: polymeric multilayered hybrid film creates a high-gloss surface that keeps reflections sharp across curves and body lines.
- Air finds a way out: built-in air-release channels let trapped air escape so the panels lay down smooth.
- Adhesive for the long haul: Henkel solvent acrylic adhesive provides weatherproof hold for outdoor use through changing conditions.
- Curves keep their color: heat-conformable film follows mirrors, edges, bumpers, and moderate curves while maintaining the color-shift effect.
- Comes off without a fight: removable adhesive comes away cleanly without residue, helping preserve the factory finish.
Crazy Grape starts with a deep grape-purple base touched by blue and plum. Change the angle and royal violet begins to surface, followed by flashes of emerald green and subtle gold. Direct sunlight makes these tones brighter. Generic color-shift films treat gold as an afterthought, a faint sparkle buried under the main color. Here it shows up as an actual seam, the visible line where violet is finishing its handoff to green.
Porsche and Lamborghini each committed their factory palette to one shade at a time, purple or green, never both from the same panel. Crazy Grape runs the full range, gold flash included, on any car that never got the option.
